In case that the price of item change during order process, customer service will enable the cancellation of purchase. At the same time provider will try to find a solution to mutual satisfaction. Delivery Time is 4 - 8 weeks. If we have items in stock we will deliver them immediately. We hold stocks of most items, however unexpected demand for a particular item can sometimes result in it being out of stock. In that case we will order it immidiately and delivery time is based on our experiences from 4-8 weeks. If supplier does not have chosen item or cannot deliver it on time we will inform you. Shipping and Handling
Shipping is done by Pošta Slovenije and DPD. Shipping can be done anywhere in the world.
Postage shows in shopping basket after you choose country of delivery and how you would like it to be delivered for example using Pošta Slovenija or DPD. You can also pick up items personaly in our store (Nazorjeva 4a, Ljubljana, Slovenia). If you decide to pick up your items in our shop after you have all ready payed for the post, we will return all the postage to you upon your takeover. Orders outside Slovenia are sent by Airmail or Parcelforce Services depending on the number of items shipped. Shipping time for countries within Europe is 1 - 5 working days; Outside of Europe 7 - 14 working days. The accuracy of these times is beyond our control. Orders outside of Europe sent by standard delivery can take up to 30 days - if you need your order urgently, we recommend opting for our premier delivery.

Returning of goods
We will accept all goods (except videos, books and 'made to order' shoes) for exchange/return on the following conditions:
1) Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and if purchased on this website must be returned direct to Dance Shop Salsa, Nazorjeva 4 a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
2) Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging.
3) The returns form on the back of the sales invoice must be fully completed and returned with the items.
4) Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing.

The process of shopping
Our system is transparent. Before you enter any personal details, you will clearly see the price of the selected products, tax and shipping costs. There are no additional or hidden charges. If the purchaser is not registered in the system at the start of shopping online, it will have to do it at the of the purchase.
