Each producer has its own numbers and scales, which sometimes do not correspond to the actual situation. If you take into account your european scale foot size (e.g. 37 or 43) when ordering, we will help you choose the right size.

Most of the time, we will contact you and advise you before you buy. In the case of purchasing the wrong number (that the footwear is too small or too large), the option is to change without surcharges only if we have the selected model in stock in the number you actually need. Exchange and re-ordering is only possible at an additional cost and by special arrangement.
