Making a Purchase
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Cancellation of order
Buyer can cancel purchase without any cost in 24 hours from actual purchase. Cancellation can be done through email  which should include "Cancellation of orders" and number of order.

Online Shop Salsa and all information are protected by Copyright act. All content included in or made available through Online Dance Shhop Salsa, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations is the property of Dance Shop Salsa.
All trademarks that appear in  Online Salsa Shop are the property of their respective owners, who are not affiliated with or connected to Salsa.

Commitment and responsibility
We are doing our best to make sure all new information are updated online as soon as possible. However, sometimes characters of the products, stock and prices can change so suddenly that it is impossible to publish new information on time. In that case we will inform customers about changes as soon as possible and customer will have an opportunity to change or cancel order. All photos are symbolic and informative nature. Eureka Salsa is not responsible for tipping errors.

Guarantee
All goods are guaranteed if they have guarantee paper. Guarantee is valid with the submission of the invoice.
All goods are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing faults. It is up to the purchaser to ensure that they are suitable for your needs or performance in your specific circumstances. 

Returning of goods
We will accept all goods (except videos, books and 'made to order' shoes) for exchange/return on the following conditions:

1) Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt and if purchased on this website must be returned direct to Dance Shop Salsa, Nazorjeva 4 a, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
2) Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging.
3) The returns form on the back of the sales invoice must be fully completed and returned with the items.
4) Shipping/Handling charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing.

To avoid soiling shoes when trying them on for the first time use a clean soft surface such as a carpet or paper (not newspaper).

Complaints
Customers can send complaints through electronic post info@salsa.si or Eureka Krasnov d.o.o., Nazorjeva 4a, 1000 Ljubljana.
You should indicate information with "An appeal". Supplier will do its best that problems are solved by mutual agreement.

The process of shopping
Our system is transparent. Before you enter any personal details, you will clearly see the price of the selected products, tax and shipping costs. There are no additional or hidden charges. If the purchaser is not registered in the system at the start of shopping online, it will have to do it at the of the purchase. In repeated visits you simply enter your user name and password and login. The whole process will not be repeated, unless you want to change any of the data entered at registration.

In the first step, the customer selects goods and add to shopping box. In the second step, review shopping box, where you can change quantities of selected products and products. Then choose the country - the address for sending products and select or confirm the shipping costs associated with the purchase. In the third step, the customer verify operating conditions and confirms the order. At this stage, the buyer does not introduce any personal information. The next step is redirected to a secure page for payment GlobeCharge company. There, select your payment method and enter the information required to make a payment with your credit card details and to deliver the goods.

Once order is send, supplier check availability. If price of the item change during order processing, customer will be able to cancel the purchase. In that case supplier will be happy to find sollution so that it will satisfy both sides. Provider reserves the right, if necessary, to call the customer on his contact telephone number. The contract between buyers and suppliers at this stage definitively concluded. Once payment is made (by credit card or budget), the provider will delivered items to the customer as stated before.
